Message from Chancellor Rotella

To the RCC Community:

Riverside Community College takes its role as an institution of higher education very seriously. We are committed to creating and preserving a learning and working environment free of all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment. In keeping with that commitment, we have arranged for online training opportunities that will make it possible for all employees to receive important information concerning relevant laws and definitions. The purpose of this training is to help clarify the type of behaviors and comments that may constitute sexual harassment.

I strongly encourage each of you to take advantage of this opportunity to become fully informed about this serious issue. And I invite you to join me in working to maintain a community in which every individual can work and learn with dignity and mutual respect.
