A Message from the President

Mount Vernon Nazarene University is committed to maintaining a work and study environment free of harassing behaviors. To that end, the following training session has been identified as a core program in which to ensure this commitment becomes a reality.

Although the training program focuses primarily on sexual harassment issues, the principles it teaches apply essentially the same way to all forms of harassment whether based on gender, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age or disability. Harassment of any kind at Mount Vernon Nazarene University is unacceptable.

The basis for working together at MVNU must be one of respect and Christ-likeness. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this vital training session. Your efforts and intentionality, when combined with the efforts of the entire campus, will ensure MVNU continues to be a place built on Christian principles, ideals, and values.
