
The purpose of Major Ben's Workshops is:

To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to value manage, evaluate, and build effective work teams in a culturally diverse work environment.

To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to effectively deal with "Difficult people" within a diverse work environment.

To provide employees with the tools to build a healthy self-image to improve their personal and organizational productivity.

To provide Supervisors, Managers, and Employees an awareness of the impact of Sexual Harassment on the workforce environment.

To provide Supervisors and Managers with the knowledge of how Customer Service impacts on the Organization and the "Bottom Line".
All workshops are six (6) hours in duration.
