The purpose of Major Ben's Workshops is:

• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to value manage, evaluate, and build effective work teams in a culturally diverse work environment.

• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the necessary skills to effectively deal with "Difficult people" within a diverse work environment.

• To provide employees with the tools to build a healthy self-image to improve their personal and organizational productivity.

• To provide Supervisors, Managers, and Employees an awareness of the impact of Sexual Harassment on the workforce environment.

• To provide Supervisors and Managers with the knowledge of how Customer Service impacts on the Organization and the "Bottom Line".

All workshops are six (6) hours in duration.
