Message from Dr. McGee
ENC is committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and conduct that can be considered harassing, coercive, or disruptive, including sexual harassment. Actions, words, jokes, or comments based on an individual's sex, race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
In support of our commitment to maintaining a harassment free environment, we are pleased to introduce an online training program, "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace," which is intended to clarify what constitutes sexual harassment, to raise the level of sensitivity regarding behaviors that might be interpreted as offensive, and to provide information about procedures available to employees for dealing with sexual harassment which they may observe or personally encounter in the workplace.
Please approach this material in a serious manner. It is our hope that you take from this training a commitment to comply with the law, but more importantly, make a commitment to treat those you come in contact with daily with dignity and respect.
Should you have any questions, please contact Fran Wright at extension 3723.

Dr. Corlis McGee
President
