To CF Employees:
As you know, CF is committed to being a workplace that is free of sexual harassment. This commitment is formally stated in our Policy on Sexual Harassment (3.16). We genuinely want the workplace to be as comfortable, safe and friendly for all our employees as is possible. Our goal is to prevent sexual harassment through training and communication.
This program on Preventing Sexual Harassment is part of that effort. This program will instruct and test you about various aspects of sexual harassment. It provides answers to common questions and suggestions for handling problem situations. We expect that everyone will take advantage of the education and awareness provided in this training and will ensure that all employees are clear about the guidelines regarding acceptable workplace conduct.
This goal is in accordance with our Major Directives:
