Dear Colleague:

Our College is committed to maintaining an academic and professional environment free from all forms of harassment. Harassment is counter-productive to the mission of our institution. We are all responsible for maintaining a work environment free from harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination based on sex and one for which Bainbridge College has established a zero tolerance.

To provide members of the college community an opportunity to become more aware of this form of discrimination, the College is providing an on-line, self-paced training program. The program is designed to assess your understanding of inappropriate behavior, both overt and subtle, and conduct which may be construed as sexual harassment. The College’s policy on sexual harassment is also included in the program for your review. When you have completed and passed the mastery test, a signed printed copy of your certificate of completion should be forwarded directly to the Personnel Office for compliance purposes. All employees are required to complete this training within ten (10) days of their hire date.
